Even Though I Have Made A Transaction From Bitselly To Another Exchange/Wallet, Why Haven't I Still Received My Funds?
If you face an issue of missing withdrawal, please do not panic. The first step is to check the log segment in the Bitselly website. Click on Accounts ->Withdrawal ->Withdrawal History. This is where all your transaction details are stored.
Generally, a transaction ID is created within 30 to 60 minutes, which indicates that Bitselly has started the process of transferring on to the corresponding Blockchain. On seeing the transaction ID, click on to Check, which is on the right side of the transaction ID and this way, you can check your transaction’s status and it’s confirmations on the Blockchain.
Please follow the steps given below:
1. If the Blockchain states that your transaction is not yet confirmed, kindly do not lose patience and wait for the confirmation process to be completed.
2. If the Blockchain claims that your transaction has been confirmed, that proves that Bitselly has already transferred the coins successfully, and there isn’t much that can now be done. Kindly contact the owner of the destination address to resolve your issue.
3. If it has been 6 hours since you have been unable to generate your transaction ID, kindly revive the ticked and link the screenshot of your withdrawal history and transaction details. We will get back to you soonest.
