The following procedure will guide you to change your registered email id on Bitselly.com:
The change requests which do not meet these requirements will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Please note that your account must be Level 2 verified, and for at least a minimum of 7 days.
A notification containing a verification code will be mailed to your registered Bitselly email id and this will verify your authenticity as a Bitselly user.
You will also be required to submit the following documents in order to change your email id:
1. The verification code which was mailed to your presently registered Bitselly e-mail address
2. The following photo id proofs:
⦁ Front side photograph of any Government issued photo identity proof or your Passport Cover.
⦁Back side photograph of any Government issued photo identity proof or your Passport’s personal page.
⦁ A Selfie of yourself, holding the Front side of your Government issued photo id proof or Passport personal page open, along with a handwritten note which states your new requested E-mail address, and the current time and date. A video of you doing the same and signing off with a request to “change your email id” would also be required.
3. A screen captured shot which shows your latest/current deposit and transaction history.
4. Your new email id, clearly denoted.
Kindly note that you will not be allowed for any activity in your Bitselly account for 120 hours, or 5 days, till your request is being processed.
